RC Tires and Wheels from a Scale point of View Written by Craig Blanchette When it comes to scale RC vehicles. One of the largest decisions you can make is tire and wheels. Do you want pure performance? Look? Or a bit of both? Your wheel / tire choice is one of the most important decisions you'll make other then body style as to how your RC will look. From the scale point of view it becomes even more critical. You wouldn't want to put 40" wheels and tires on a scale truck would you? (least most of us wouldn't) So we are left trying to decide what's the best options to choose from. That where this page comes in. With a quick bit of searching you can figure out just about everything you ever wanted to know about tire and wheel choices. The brown columns show the RC measurements, while the blue columns tell you what that wheel or tire would be in real world measurements. Now you will be better prepared to make decisions about your scale project.
